I’m seeking advice on how to raise an issue on this forum. Specifically, I’m unsure of the proper process or any specific guidelines I need to follow. Could someone please provide detailed instructions or point me to any resources or threads that explain how to properly raise an issue here?

If you need to report any issues, please feel free to contact us quickly via WhatsApp. You can add 0115 8246060 to your contacts.
Our staff are on the network, and while they will help tackle this sort of behaviour, we still need to ensure their safety, as well as that of our customers.
It's important to raise any issues with those who can help to tackle this - the police.
Sadly, these sorts of behaviours are not only a problem for our tram network, but more of a societal problem, with an increase in anti-social behaviour seen across the UK in more recent times.
More recently, we have employed a full-time police officer who works in our control room and helps to gather data and intelligence to try to prevent this behaviour from happening in the first place. We will continue in our efforts to stamp out this type of behaviour, but please, if you have any concerns whilst travelling with us, contact the police on 101, or 999 in an emergency.

I use the trams regularly but they are getting very unsafe fare dodgers harassment which only yesterday youths branding knuckle chains saying about ready for a fight which is scary in its self time the tram had security time the tram took ownership on this to stop it This is just a little of what’s happening how many more people Experience this ? Please start complaining let try to start to make one thing safe
