Hi,
My parents wanted to go in to Nottingham this week with two dogs, they thought they could go on the tram so got tickets, however they were informed by a not on hour employee that this was not the case. So not only did they pay for 2 tickets they then had l to pay for a bus to get them to their destination. I have done my research and both Sheffield and Manchester allow dogs on their trams so why don’t Nottingham. Ps they will be trying to get a refund for the tickets they did not use.
Thanks
Megan

Hi Megan
I'm sorry to hear about this, but you are correct, we do not allow dogs on board our trams.
If they have not done so already, please ask your parents to reach out to our customer relations team for further advice on this.
Currenrly we don't allow dogs on our trams, and we have no immediate plans to change our rules. You may wish to review our suggestions and feedback on the NET Forums, as you're not the only person to raise this topic. It's something I'm currently discussing with the wider senior team, but for now, I'm really sorry, we are unable to accept dogs on board.
Regards
