Can I park my vehicle overnight?

NET car parks are free for anyone using the NET tram services.

Vehicles can remain in our park and ride sites for the duration of your ticket. Customers travelling with single or daily tickets are not permitted to leave their vehicles overnight.

If you have a season ticket, your vehicle can remain parked, including overnight, at any time that your season ticket is active and in date. This may also include periods where you may not be using the NET services but you have an active season ticket.

If you plan to leave your vehicle parked overnight and have a valid season ticket, or you wish to speak with us about leaving your vehicle parked for a longer period of time, then please reach out to the customer relations team. Please include a copy/photo or information from your season ticket, your NET GO! account email address (If applicable) and also your vehicle registration number. We can share this information with the park and ride enforcement officers who will make a note of your vehicle information.

We do have the right to close any of our park-and-ride sites if necessary.

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for damage to your vehicle or theft or loss of goods taken from within your vehicle whilst they are parked at our park-and-ride sites or left overnight.

Vehicles kept overnight may be clamped if you do not have a valid ticket which covers the duration of the time the vehicle is parked.

Parking enforcement is carried out by CPS Midlands Ltd and more information can be found here: http://www.cpsmidlandsltd.co.uk/
