In order to claim a refund for a journey you have been charged for, you will need to submit your request via the Nottingham Contactless website.

At Nottingham contactless, you can enter your card or payment details and request a refund for the journeys you have been charged for. If you feel you have been overcharged or would like to request a refund for a journey, please go to or click the image below
