Your concession pass must be scanned on our lime green card readers before each and every tram journey.
You do not need to scan your card when you get off the tram.
You may use your Nottingham City or Nottinghamshire County Council concession passes Monday-Friday between 09:30-23:00 and Saturday-Sunday and any Bank holidays all day.
Scan your pass on the lime green boxes situated at the ends of each platform
