Our NET GO! ticketing app is one of the easiest ways you can purchase your tram tickets.
No queueing up at the ticket machines.
Just load up the app, purchase your ticket and board the tram.

*Please note, you must complete your transaction and load your ticket on your mobile device before boarding the tram. Purchasing tickets whilst already on board the tram is not permitted and may result in a penalty fare being issued
Currently, you can purchase single, daily, weekly, group and season tickets via the NET GO! app.
*Concession, short-hop and event tickets are not available via the app.
Tickets are available for adults, children under 19 (Ages 5-18) and students.
Season tickets include the following:
- 1 month
- 3 months
- 6 months
- 12 months
- Academic season (expiring end of July of the following year)
- Forest NFFC pass (For use travelling to all Nottingham Forest FC home games)
Pay for your tickets using a Credit/Debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay
The app also has the following features
- Network map - allowing you to view all stops on the NETwork
- Service Status - Stay up to date with how services are running. Kept up to date throughout the day.
- Purchase History - View all of your current and past ticket purchases
- Push notifications - For any major network issues, a push notification will be issued to all app users
