How do I apply a discount code on the NET GO app?

If you have a discount code which is valid against a tram ticket on the NET GO app, follow these simple steps:

1. Open up the NET GO app and select the ticket you want to purchase. Press the button that says 'Enter Promo Code'
2. You will need to enter or copy and paste the code into the promo box. Codes are case-sensitive
3. Once your code is entered or copied over, select 'check code'
4. It will show a green tick if the code has been accepted. You can then hit the 'x' to close this box
5. Your discount should have been applied. Please check the amount before making your purchase
6. If the balance is zero, you will still need to go through a payment process, but you will not be charged
7. Your ticket will then load on the app. Please ensure your ticket is valid and loaded on your app before making your journey
8. If you are experiencing any difficulties with a discount code, please contact the customer relations team
