Every day, our team will update the service status on the NET GO! app.
We will also keep the service status section up to date during any service disruptions.
Your service status section should be in date order.
If, however, the dates are not in order, there's something you will need to do on your mobile device in order to fix this issue. It will involve clearing the cache and data that the app has stored.
Please follow the below instructions and your service status will revert back to the correct order:
- Go to your mobile phone's settings
- Scroll down and select 'apps'
- Find 'NET GO!' in the list and click
- Click on 'storage'
- Click 'clear cache'
- Click 'clear data'
- You will then need to sign back into the NET GO! app
- The service status will now show in the correct order

*Please note, the issues appear to mainly be on Samsung and some other android devices due to the phone's battery optimisation. If you have any other issues with service status on Apple phones, or after you have followed the above advice, please get in touch with us.
